People work from home, schools have gone online, and everyone has found a little more time on their hands. Schedules have been hard to keep, and some people are suffering from self-quarantine and isolation fatigue.
Now, as governments study the fluctuating results of COVID-19, more uncertainty lies ahead. Will schools open again? Will business shut down again? It’s hard to know for sure what will happen in the next couple of months.
All this uncertainty can be harmful to your mind and body. Feeling tossed back and forth in life can put a little wear and tear on your mental health.
A consistent schedule can be your anchor in times like these, but what kind of schedule can you have during a pandemic? Here are a few things you can include in your quarantine routine.
