For stepmom’s, it’s my hope and prayer on your special day you’re honored and celebrated for everything you do. I’m reminded of the verse in Galatians where the author Paul encourages us not to grow weary of doing good.
Your family especially your stepchildren have many needs, demands on your time, energy and finances. Sadly there’s sometimes ingratitude among those you’ve committed to serve and you can easily become exhausted and disheartened.
Doing what’s right isn’t easy in today’s world, especially when it seems no one notices or cares and there’s little appreciation for all your troubles. If you share your stepchildren with their biomom tomorrow remember next Sunday, May 20th is Stepmother’s Day.
